Easter Egg Math
April 1, 2022
The two-piece plastic eggs you see popping up at stores before Easter are a great way to teach your toddler about math. All you need is five plastic eggs and a permanent marker. Separate the eggs, and write the numbers 1-5 on five egg halves.
On each of the other halves, use your marker to make big dots ( one dot, two dots, etc.). Help your child match the number with the number of dots. βCan you find the egg piece that has three dots?β Thanks, Lakeshore Learning, for this fun Easter math activity.
