For stressed out parents and caretakers trying to cope in the middle of a global pandemic, free help can be just a phone call away. Speak in English or Spanish to trained volunteers and counselors. They respect your privacy.

The National Parent Hotline at 855-427-2736 operates Monday through Friday from 1 pm to 10 pm. Trained volunteers will listen, offer emotional support and help you solve parenting problems. All telephone calls are anonymous and toll free at the National Child Abuse Hotline at 800-422-4453. For 24/7 help for parents who are victims or survivors of domestic abuse, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-7233. If it’s an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
